  • •Delivered full-stack and AI-powered platforms for clients in real estate, legal, fintech and retail.
  • •Turned unclear and conflicting client requirements into phased delivery plans, owning each project from architecture to production.
  • •Led development of a multi-region biometric check-in platform (FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS, Flutter, Kotlin/JNI) that keeps data in-region, works with any POS with zero integration, and cut API latency 25%+ against cross-region calls.
  • •Audited and rebuilt a vendor-built video messaging product that couldn't be extended (servers re-encoded every video, ~90 s each): architected an event-driven, zero-GPU pipeline with an AI editor, making processing near-instant and reaching production in 2 weeks.
  • •Contributed across a multi-tenant mortgage and real estate platform and built its shared document workspace end to end with AI-suggested document matching, now the default documents screen for loan staff.
  • •Built a cross-platform charity-giving app end to end, including a modern Expo frontend from scratch (30 screens for iOS, Android and web), and rebuilt payouts on Stripe Connect so every wallet donation now reaches its charity, with 9-currency giving.
  • •Led the takeover of a law firm's half-finished case-management platform, where online checkout and court letters had stopped working: restored payments, automated court letters, case intake and client communication with AI, and made it the firm's primary system for ~5,500 cases across 1,840 courts.
